Our Terms and Conditions for buying one of our Wirehaired Fox Terrier Puppies

Deposit and Payment

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure a puppy.
2. Balance Due: The remaining balance is due on collection of the puppy at 8wks from date of birth. The balance must be paid on the anniversary of the 8th week from the puppy’s birth.
3. Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods are cash or Bank transfer

Puppy Health and Guarantees

1. Health Certificate: Puppies will be fully health checked by a fully qualified veterinarian to ensure your puppy  is in good health at the time of pickup.
2. Health Guarantees: The breeder guarantees the puppy is of low inbred coefficient between 0 and 4%
3. Vaccinations: Puppies will have had their first set of Novivac L4 vaccinations and be Microchipped.
4. Deworming: Puppies will be dewormed regularly.

Insurance:

1. The puppy will be provided with 5 weeks of pet insurance starting 8 weeks from birth.
2. The insurance will cover veterinary expenses inline with the terms and conditions of the insurance provided.
   
3. The buyer is responsible for renewing the insurance after the initial 5 weeks of insurance.
   

Breeding Restrictions

1. Spay/Neuter: The buyer agrees not to have the puppy spayed or neutered before the age of 18months of age.
2. No Breeding: The puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes without the breeders consent and not before 16months of age.

General Terms

1. Breeder’s Rights: The breeder reserves the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any individual or family.
2. Puppy Placement: The breeder reserves the right not to place the puppy in an unsuitable home, even if a deposit has been received. A part of the deposit may be returned at the breeder’s discretion 
3. No Liability: The breeder is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the puppy.
4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of English law

By placing a deposit, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
